Terms & Conditions & Rules of Play

Bubbles World of Play is the trading name of Gloplay Ltd, Reg No 08084015.

By purchasing a ticket you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Bubbles World of Play and yourself.

Once you have made a booking, you will be sent a booking confirmation email which must be presented (on your mobile device or printout) on entry.

Your ticket is valid on the specific date and time of your booking, please arrive on time as we may not be able to admit you if you are late.

Children under 18 cannot enter Bubbles World of Play without an adult 18+ and must be supervised at all times.

Only children aged 11 and under can play on our play frames due to insurance requirements.

Our Under 5’s Role Play Area is designated to children under the age of 5.  

Our Under 3’s Baby & Sensory Area is designated to babies & toddlers under the age of 3. Unfortunately due to insurance requirements, these rules must be adhered to.

In the unlikely event that Bubbles World of Play is not able to open we will offer you tickets for an alternative date. Only if no alternative date is available will a refund be considered. Any refund will be limited to the cost of the ticket purchased only. No consequential liability will be covered.

Once booked and payment made tickets cannot be refunded. Management may choose to consider exchanging tickets upon request (which must be made at least 1 hour prior to the time on the tickets), that must be used within a three week period of the original date. Exchanges incur a £5 per transaction administration fee.
Bubbles World of Play reserve the right to refuse admission.

Vouchers can only be purchased for Bubbles World of Play via our official website. Our vouchers can be used for general admission only.

Rules of Play

We are pleased to provide this wonderful facility and whilst we have attempted to make it as safe as possible, the very nature of children’s play activity means that accidents can occasionally happen. Parental Supervision is essential at all times.
Only children who are 11 and under and under 4’10” in height may play.
Our play areas have been classified safe to be used by children within specific age ranges. These age ranges are:

The above age ranges have been stipulated by ROSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents) inspectors, our own Health & Safety consultants and our insurers and are for the safety of all guests. These age limits are calculated based on the size of the areas, the objects within the areas, the capacities of the areas and the age and size of other children within the areas. Bubbles’ World of Play has to enforce these age limits due to Health & Safety and Insurance requirements.
Children must be supervised by parents / guardians over 18 years of age at all times. They can not be supervised by siblings under 18 years old.
Children should use the toilet and wash their hands before entering the play area.
Leave badges and jewellery with a responsible adult. Spectacles should only be worn if used with a retainer and shatter proof lenses.
Please remove shoes before entering the play equipment. Socks must be worn at all times. In case of a problem, contact reception or a member of staff.
Age restrictions vary dependant on the play zone that visitors are using. These are in place for the safety and enjoyment of all children.
Our baby & toddler area is strictly for under 3’s. This is for Health & Safety and Insurance restrictions. Any children over this age will be asked to leave the area.
Admission is limited to 2 hours play on peak days (Weekends & School Holidays).
We recommend to parents that children wear long sleeves and trousers. Clothes should be tucked in at all times. Football shirts and other items of clothing that are made from man made fibres are not recommended within Bubbles’ World of Play as they may cause burns on the slides.
Clothes with ropes and cords should not be worn in the play area.
Please do not play in front of slide exits.
No sharp objects may be taken into the play area.
It is forbidden to climb on the netted walls or the system structure.
No food, drink or chewing gum should be taken into the play equipment.
Only food and drink purchased from Bubbles’ World of Play may be consumed in the premises, this is for hygiene reasons as we aim to keep our 5 star hygiene rating and must control food and drinks brought onto site. The exception being baby products and products for very specific dietary / disability requirements.
Unofficial and unannounced Birthday Parties are not permitted within Bubbles’ World of Play. Items such as Birthday Cakes, Balloons, Banners and other party items are not allowed to be brought into the building unless they are part of an official Birthday Party that has been pre-booked with ourselves. This is for Health & Safety reasons.
It is forbidden to smoke or play with fire within the building.
Children who are unwell should not enter the play area.
Balls or other objects should not be thrown at each other.
Children must be accompanied by adults whilst in our lift.
Fighting or bullying will not be tolerated. Guilty parties may be asked to leave.
Parents/Guardians are responsible for the behaviour and well being of the child in their care and must maintain supervision at all times.
In the interest of Health and Safety, please ensure that any food debris which falls on the floor is picked/wiped up as soon as possible. Report any spillages to a member of staff.
Report all accidents to a member of staff, to ensure that we can provide any necessary assistance and minimise the potential of re-occurrence. These will be logged and are an important part of ongoing safety audits.
All damages to Bubbles’ World of Play property either accidental or deliberate must be reported to a member of staff.
Nappy changing and the use of potties etc. should be conducted in the baby changing areas. Place nappies in the correct bins provided.
We are a Children’s Play Area, no aggressive or intimidating behaviour or use of inappropriate language will be tolerated. Guilty parties will be asked to leave.
Any guest found breaching these rules may be asked to leave.
Bubbles World of Play encourages children to play, run free and explore in a safe and stimulating environment. As such, there are inherent risks that are always associated with children playing and having fun together. These include children being exposed to moderate physical activity, tripping, falling and bumping into objects and other children. We have taken every reasonable step to control these risks through the design, maintenance and operation of our facility. However, it is impossible to eliminate such risks completely whilst providing a stimulating environment and parents / guardians must recognise and accept these risks.
