Upon arrival staff made us feel very welcome, they called my daughter by her first name as it was on the system from book our time slot. The whole amazing space was clean and well maintained. The toilet areas were cleaned to a high standard and I could see that the hourly check sheet in the toilets was completed every hour as stated. The food was a high standard and was absolutely delicious as well as very good value for money. The hot beverages were a good price and again good size for the price. My daughter loved the soft play and didn't want to leave. I have promised her we can come again soon. Overall all staff were very helpful and polite made us feel very welcome and always have a friendly smile on their faces. 100% will be a returning customer as I felt safe letting my child play and and enjoy herself safely.

Great morning at bubbles. As usual place was spotless, staff all happy to help and friendly to approach. My go to soft play on the Wirral for sure, yes it is a little bit more expensive than other soft plays but it’s a lot bigger and very safe regardless of where you sit. Can entertain kids for hours! Plus the food for a soft play is lovely!

Lovely to have a soft play with so much space for under 5s. Our little grandchildren had a great time! Staff very friendly and helpful. Entrance fee, food etc very reasonably priced. Everywhere very clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be back soon.

Visited from Liverpool for the first time. Loved the design of the place, have not seen a soft play like this before… fun and educational to this extent! The place was spotless, staff couldn’t do enough and the food was lovely. Clearly a well ran business. Couldn’t believe the ride ons were free! No other soft play I’ve been to in Liverpool does this! Worth the drive over for sure.

Just a fun two hours with the grandkids, all aspects of the visit very good.

So easy to book online. Staff very welcoming on arrival and so pleased to see staff cleaning play equipment too. The kids really enjoyed it there was lots for them to do. Food and drink was excellent value for money and loved that there were plenty of tables for everybody. Finally would like to say well done for making the ride ons free thought that was a brilliant idea will definitely be back it was great

Love the free kids rides, they saved a fortune. Staff amazing very friendly and good with the children . Love the packet of haribos to entice my 3 year old grandson through the gat when he didn't want to leave

So much better than any other soft play we have been too. So much to do so brilliant value for money. Was really impressed with how clean it was, and the woman checking us in and out was really engaging and friendly. Will definitely be back.

This was our first visit. Loved it. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Area was safe and very clean, sensory area was a big hit with the little one. We will certainly be returning.
