Visited on 2/9/23 All the staff are young but very professional and helpful, they looked out for everyone’s children and the food and drinks service was great, they kept the place spotless. The girl on the reception was super friendly too greeted everyone well! Lovely place for the kids and staff made it a 5 star experience

My three year old Grandson had a good time today. Was a bit unsure as we had not been before and it was a very wet Saturday afternoon. It was busy but from what I could see it was managed well. In both the under 3 area and under 5 area I witnessed a member of staff politely asking older children to leave the area. We didn’t have any food but people on the surrounding tables had and it looked nice and well presented. My husband took our Grandson to the toilets which were clean. We supervised our Grandson in the under 11 area like a number of other sensible parents. The other children were polite and considerate of the younger children in there. All in all it was a good couple of hours and enjoyed by our Grandson.

We visit bubbles all the time because it’s a brilliant soft play and great for our one year old but we thought it was an extra nice touch today to have the tokens for the ride ons given to us, that was really nice.

There wasnt many people there, so was great for my Grandson. Session time was only 2 hours, but as it was quiet would have been nice to stay longer. Nice clean play area, had breakfast whuch was lovely. Girls on Food counter were friendly and efficient.

The food was excellent, I had a decaf latte as well which a lot of venues don't serve but yours was particularly good. The staff were friendly and helpful. I did notice the ladies toilets hadn't been checked since early morning and they did need cleaning, I informed a member of staff and they were cleaned immediately. My 5 year old grandson thoroughly enjoyed his visit. Very well run venue.

My little boy bumped his head and before i could even see to him a member of staff was on hand with a cold compress which was so kind, another member of staff also asked how he was - very attentive staff! The kids loved there visit and had so much fun!

Spacious soft play with designated areas for little ones. Safe, clean environment with plenty of areas to explore, my grandson loves it here. Friendly accommodating staff and good value for money choice of menu, will be back and definitely recommend.

Amazing, helpful and friendly staff. Love the table numbers. A lot has changed since I last came, for the better. In the future it would be nice to order at your table through an app and pay for it, as it’s difficult to pick up food with a 2 year old in tow. That might be in the future.

Amazing soft play! My son didn't want to leave and he's usually too scared or shy to get involved. So many different options and areas and it wasn't crowded today which was perfect.

We had a great time. The person at the front desk made us feel very welcome. The woman wearing the green t-shirt was very kind to one of the children, she could have brushed him off but took the time to take his conversation seriously, and he felt really valued. Thanks everyone
